Innovative design
Practically all active DI-box use a simple single supply voltage derived from the 48V phantom power. Stagetools designed a switch mode power supply (SMPS) with a dual symmetrical voltage rail, an industry first. The result is more headroom, less coupling capacitors, better audio.

A very fast and low noise input amplifier ensures a very transparant sound, with a frequency response up to 120kHz, ensuring that even the harmonics of the highest audible frequencies stay untouched.
Like the DItwo, the DIoneA is equiped with a high end transformer, surrounded with the best electronic components available. The SMPS operates far above the frequency response of the DI, uses an encapsulated HF transformer, and leaves no trace in the audio performance.

2 DI's for the price of one
Active DI's are around with transformer output or with a transformerless direct output.
With the DIoneA, you have both.
A dedicated switch gives you the choice between either mode, according to your taste or application.
